Each participant must have a ticket.

Any participant(s) who arrive after parking pass pickup cutoff (1:30 PM) will not be given a parking pass through Sensory Meetup and will need to purchase market-price parking passes from Rate Field.

Any participant(s) who arrive after the check-in cutoff (1:45 PM) will not be allowed entry through Sensory Meetup and will need to purchase market-price tickets from Rate Field.

Seats will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

All sales are final. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and food will be available for purchase provided and served by vendors at Rate Field.

Adult and children tickets are sold separately. Every child needs at least one chaperone.

Note: A sensory cool down area will be available at the stadium upon request.

In the unlikely event of the event's cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organization will contact all registered participants regarding rescheduling or conversion of ticket price to a tax-deductible donation.

In the event of individual cancellation, this ticket will be considered a donation and will not be refunded or exchanged. No rain checks or rescheduling will be offered.

Sensory Meetup Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting our cause. This event is specifically to raise financial support for our future programs.
