Welcome to Sensory Meetup Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the website https://www.sensorymeetup.org (the "Service") and any related services or events we provide.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Creating an account on our Service is optional. You may browse the site and purchase tickets without registering. If you choose to create an account to manage your event registrations or preferences, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
If you wish to purchase any product or ticket made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
In the unlikely event of an event's cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, our organization will contact all registered participants regarding rescheduling or the conversion of the ticket price to a tax-deductible donation.
In the event of an individual cancellation by the attendee, the ticket will be considered a donation and will not be refunded or exchanged. No rain checks or rescheduling will be offered.
While individuals of all ages may attend our events, any attendee under the age of 18 MUST have at least one adult chaperone (aged 18 or older) present with them at the event at all times.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, or testimonials ("Content"). You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content, but by submitting it to our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that Content on our Service for promotional and informational purposes.
You agree not to submit Content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, defamatory, or spam. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these guidelines without notice.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sensory Meetup Inc. and its licensors.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
